2. Fishing
The Nipigon River is home of the world's largest brook trout The brook trout fishing has improved over the past few years with many fish over 5 lbs to challenge the angler's skills, lake trout, rainbow and salmon round out the offerings. Nipigon River Adventures has acquired a parcel of land on the river, and the first of four log style cabin will be ready for fisherman June 2010.

The "Quebec Lodge" is the perfect setting for small to medium sized training seminars and planning sessions. A hour drive from Thunder Bay. Our high speed Internet will insure that you remain connected to the outside world so that you can concentrate on the matters at hand. 4. About Us
In 2007, Ginger Randle and Ray Rivard acquired the "Quebec Lodge" from Norampac in Red Rock Ontario. In the spring of 2007, Ray and Ginger also purchased a parcel of land on the lower reachers of Nipigon River. The primary focus of the Quebec Lodge is a location for corporate retreats while the river property will be use as a base for fisherman and hunters.

Quebec Lodge
Wedding/Reception Venue
The Quebec Lodge is a 4000 square foot, 7 bedroom, log building located near Red Rock, Ontario. It was built in 1937 by the pulp and paper company of the day. The Lodge was used accommodate corporate visitors and the Company Executives. In 2006, when Norampac closed the mill, the Lodge was purchased by Nipigon river Adventures (Ray Rivard and Ginger Randle). The Lodge provides B&B accommodations for the travelling public, as well it has been used a venue for corporate retreats and specialty functions (dinner /concerts and murder mysteries). Located on 25 acres of land, the Lodge overlooks Lake Superior and provides for photo opportunities that will make your special day even more special. The Quebec Lodge provides for all of your hospitality needs, including catering. We have successfully hosted groups up to 100 people.
